§ Mr. BaldryI am pleased to announce that, following careful consideration of over 200 responses to the consultation draft, my right hon. Friend has today issued guidance to English Partnerships. Copies are available in the Library of the House. English Partnerships is required to have regard to this guidance in deciding which land is suitable for regeneration or development; which function it is to exercise for securing the regeneration or development of any particular land; and how it is to exercise those functions. The guidance will be kept under review and can be amended later if necessary.
