§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThis will depend on the provisions of the final text although we do not expect the United Kingdom aid programme, which already gives attention to the issues involved, to require major changes. The negotiations are giving high priority to the problems facing many African countries; this region already benefits from a substantial share of our aid.
