§ Mr. EggarThe issuing of a licensing instrument—LI—is a matter for the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate, the NII. I understand that the NII, on completion of its assessment of the results of uranium testing at the THORP plant at Sellafield, issued an LI on 25 March. Reprocessing at THORP subsequently started on 27 March.
