It is the responsibility of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise, through their respective networks of local enterprise companies, to deliver Governnment training schemes, with the aim of providing young people and unemployed adults with the skills, vocational qualifications and work experience to help meet the needs of local labour markets.
