§ Dr. MawhinneyThe Royal Victoria infirmary and associated hospitals national health service trust has made no request for additional resources for paediatric intensive care provision. The National Health Service Management Executive has asked all regional general managers and district general managers to ensure that levels of paediatric intensive care provision adequately meet the needs of the local population.
