§ Ms RuddockTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish a table showing the number of prosecutions for incitement to racial hatred under section 5A of the Public Order Act 1936 and sections 17 to 23 of the Public Order Act 1986, and the number of convictions in each year since 1979; and if he will list the penalties for those convicted in each case.
