§ Dr. MawhinneySince late 1992, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health has met only once with the Institute of Directors and once with the Institute of Economic Affairs. I am not aware, since then, of any written representations which have been received from these organisations on the subject of National Health Service reform.
