§ Mr. HowardFrom time to time Mr. Taylor provided helpful information to the security and intelligence services between 1978 and 1985 on matters unrelated to the charges brought against him in 1988. His co-defendants have had no connection with the security and intelligence services. As far as can be ascertained, no public interest immunity certificates were signed in respect of their trial.
