§ Mr. Cousins
To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will list the projects approved under, and the regional distribution of expenditure incurred within, the environmental best practice programme since its inception.

§ Mr. McLoughlin
The environmental technology best practice programme is expected to be launched in June 1994. No expenditure under the programme has yet been incurred.
