The consultation paper "Access to Local Authority and Housing Association Tenancies" describes the Government's proposals for ensuring fairer access to local authority and housing association tenancies in England. The views of interested parties in Northern Ireland are being sought prior to considering whether changes are needed to the arrangements operating in Northern Ireland.
