§ Mr. RedwoodI am publishing today a draft prospectus setting out the suggested approach to be taken in the provision of the careers service in Wales from April 1995. This is to inform those who may wish to provide the service about my intention to invite bids through open competitive tendering.
A formal invitation to interested organisations to submit bids for the provision of the careers service will be issued shortly.
