§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe criteria used in evaluating aid and trade provision cases are set out in the ATP "Guidelines for Applicants" booklet, copies of which are in the Libraries of the House. This is currently being revised to take account of the new OECD rules governing tied aid which came into force in 1992 and the revised arrangements for ATP announced by my right hon. Friend the Minister for Overseas Development in another place on 17 June. Copies of the revised guidelines will be placed in the Libraries of the House when available.
