§ Mr. GoodladWe propose to open a new embassy in Berlin when the Federal Government move from Bonn. The project is still at pre-planning stages. Issues relating to the site of the pre-war embassy, where Her Majesty the Queen unveiled a plaque in October 1992, and the size of the future embassy, are at present under active consideration.
