§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Metropolitan police war crimes unit has submitted interim reports to the DPP in 10 cases. Inquiries into those 10 cases are still being actively pursued. The inquiries are not yet complete and the question of a possible prosecution cannot be considered until they are concluded.
