Planned sittings are cancelled for a variety of reasons including:—

  4. (c)Recorder, Assistant Recorder or Deputy Circuit Judge being unable to fulfil their booking at short notice; and
  5. (d) Leave being taken at short notice.

Actual sittings may exceed planned sittings if recorders or assistant recorders unexpectedly become available to sit.
