§ Mr. AtkinsI am aware that district councils have been seeking additional finance to help them implement the requirements of the proposed litter legislation. This matter is under consideration in the light of the responses to the consultation on the publication of the proposal for a Draft Litter (Northern Ireland) Order. I shall make an announcement in the near future on the results of that consultation process.
