§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have regularly discussed the situation in Kashmir with the Governments of India and Pakistan, most recently at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Cyprus. We have encouraged both Governments to resolve their differences through bilateral dialogue.
