§ Mr. Peter LloydDecisions made in the public expenditure round reflect the general economic situation and consultation with particular interest groups would not be practicable in the course of that process. However, we have subsequently sought the views of all interested parties on how the available funding should be used in order to achieve maximum benefit for members of ethnic minorities.
