§ Mr. JackThis Ministry's fisheries laboratory at Lowestoft is carrying out measurements of technetium-99 in the Irish sea both as part of regular monitoring work, and in support of continuing research into the mechanisms of the distribution and uptake of this radionuclide within the marine environment. Reports on this work will be published in the normal way.
