To ask the Secretary of State for Health what plans she has to attract primary care workers to inner London.

§ Dr. Mawhinney
In 1993–94, £40 million extra has been made available for investment in primary care within the London initiative zone. It is for national health service management to decide how best to use these resources, in accordance with local needs, including, where it is considered appropriate, for primary care staff.
