§ Dr. MawhinneyIt is proposed that these non-executive members of the policy board will be appointed as chairmen of the eight interim regional health authorities, and they will need the same qualities as their forerunners. There are many suitable candidates known to us both in national health service bodies and from outside the NHS who will be considered for these posts.
