§ Mr. RedwoodThe available information is given in the following tables. The Government's new planning totals for the external financing of capital expenditure and the assumed gross expenditure by broad service group are available only for Wales as a whole.
Basic credit approvals (BCA) form the capital allocations which are not directed towards specific services or programmes. Other external capital financing is provided through supplementary credit approvals, capital grants and other contributions from central Government and their agencies. These latter sources are generally
