§ Mr. SoamesWe have no information on how many individual investigations are carried out, but we have records of six successful prosecutions by local authorities under the order resulting in fines totalling £3,540. Local authorities have also issued more than 40 written cautions and regularly carry out random checks on livestock vehicles.
