§ Mr. SackvilleInformation is collected centrally in the hospital episode system on the number of episodes of in-patient treatment for peripheral nerve damage, as well as those where operations are carried out. The latest England and regional data are published in "Hospital Episode Statistics. Volume 1: Finished Consultant Episodes by diagnosis, operation and specialty, England: Financial year 1989–90", a copy of which is available in the Library.
