§ Mr. EggarThis is a matter for the Health and Safety Executive's nuclear installations inspectorate and Nuclear Electric plc. NE is required by nuclear site licence conditions to produce a safety case which demonstrates the safety of such activities to the HSE's NII. This includes an emergency plan to ensure that the public would be adequately protected in the unlikely event of an accident occurring during the decommissioning process.
