§ Mr. MacleanIn each of the cases of alleged miscarriage of justice currently under consideration, we shall aim to reach a decision as quickly as possible. Some cases may take longer than others to decide, depending upon the nature of the representations and the extent of any police or other inquiries which may need to be made.
