asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, pursuant to the Written Answer on 27th July 1993 (WA 117) on the. High Court's ruling on the European Community directive on market testing, and the protective notice of appeal by South Manchester College, it is proposed to pursue this case in the Court of Appeal.
