To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many supervision orders with restriction requirements were made under provisions of the Children Act 1989 during each of the last two years for which figures are available.

The Children Act 1989 came into force on 14 October 1991. Information is not yet available about the number of supervision orders with restriction requirements.
