To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation to provide anonymity for men charged with rape unless and until they are convicted.

§ Mr. Maclean
We are currently reviewing the law relating to anonymity in cases involving sexual offences and will announce our conclusions in due course.
