To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will make a statement on the future of the Probate Registry, Cardiff-road, Llandaff, Cardiff, subsequent to the removal of the registry to the new county court complex.

There are no plans to change in any way the status or operation of Llandaff district probate registry following its relocation at the new county court complex currently being built.
