§ Dr. MawhinneyThe Department does not hold data relating to the cost of staff based overseas for the financial years 1989–90, 1990–91 and 1991–92. However, during 1992–93 the Department spent a total of £215,362 on overseas personnel. During the current financial year the Department has spent a total of £118,386 to date. These figures relate to the salary and travel and subsistence costs of staff to overseas postings. The Department does not have seconded premises overseas.
