§ Mr. BowisMental health services for deaf people are provided at Springfield hospital, London, Prestwich hospital, Manchester and Queen Elizabeth psychiatric hospital, Birmingham. The units at Springfield and Prestwich hospitals have received supraregional funding for seven years through to 1994 to give the units time to establish referral patterns for subsequent years.
