§ Mr. StewartNo ERDF funds have been allocated to specific transport initiatives in the last 12 months. However, ERDF has part-funded many transport infrastructure measures including ferry services, passenger rail services, bus stations and cycle routes, and such projects will continue to be aided through the various Scottish objective 2 and 5b programmes as well as the new objective 1 programme in the Highlands and Islands. It is too early to say what schemes or initiatives might come forward in 1994.
