To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how much money has been spent in(a) Inverclyde, (b) Glasgow and (c) Fife under the terms of the European Community's RENAVAL programme in each of the past four years; what level of projects were supported in this way; to what extent and when the current programme will finish; and if he will make a statement.
