To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many people aged(a) 16 or 17 years and (b) 18 to 24 years living in (i) York parliamentary constituency, (ii) North Yorkshire, (iii) Yorkshire and Humberside and (iv) Great Britain were unemployed according to the 1991 census.
