To ask the Lord President of the Council if arrangements are to be made for the Russian elections in December to be observed by hon. Members.

§ Mr. Newton
We shall be responding positively to the Russian Government's invitation to send observers to monitor the parliamentary elections in Russia in December. The arrangements are under discussion.
