Mr. Michael

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people were cautioned by the police in(a) 1990, (b) 1991 and (c) 1992, (1) in total, (2) for indictable offences, (3) for indictable only offences, (4) for either way offences or (5) for summary offences.
