§ Mr. Peter RobinsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what amendments have been made to(a) primary or (b) secondary legislation in Northern Ireland, pursuant to (i) Council directive 77/143/EEC and (ii) Council directive 88/449/EEC.
§ Mr. AtkinsThe only change made was in primary legislation. Article 34 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 was amended to provide for the testing of an ambulance one year after its first use rather than seven years after its first use.
