§ Mr. NorrisNone, but if the City corporation wishes to make permanent its experimental traffic measures it will need to obtain the approval of the Traffic Director for London and to consult adjacent boroughs and other interests. In doing so, the corporation would need to explain the effects of the experimental measures.
