To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what representations he has had about his Department's publication of "The Growth of Social Security"; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Scott
"The Growth of Social Security" was intended to stimulate and inform public debate on the social security programme. The Department has received a substantial number of comments and representations reflecting a wide range of opinion.
