§ The Prime MinisterEach Department and agency has set its own target for replying to correspondence from hon. Members. The nature of correspondence and case load varies between Departments and between agencies and targets are set to reflect the particular circumstances of each. A table showing performance against targets for 1992 was published on 23 March 1993,Official Report, columns 551–52.
