§ Mr. Neil HamiltonThe SRU Ltd. report represents advice to Ministers, and I have no plans to publish it at present. During the preparation of the report, there was consultation on a number of issues with Companies House staff and with users of the registry's services, and there will be further consultation when we come to a view on the options before us.
Until a clear picture emerges of what Companies House would look like, no accurate assessment can be made of the impact on employment.
