§ Mr. Key[holding answer 29 November 1993]: The figures are shown in the table. Since the start of one-way 414W tolling on 26 April 1992 only westbound traffic flows were recorded, until 4 November 1993 when an additional automatic counting system was installed to monitor eastbound traffic.
