(2) what advice has been received from Government Actuaries on the surpluses in the pension funds of (a) West Midlands regional health authority and Qa Business Services and (b) Harland and Wolff.

None so far as the West Midlands regional health authority pension fund and Qa Business Services pension fund are concerned. Information regarding Harland and Wolff is a matter for my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
