To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the report of the inquiry into the incident in which the MV Avon ran ashore off Browndown, Gosport, on 21 July.

§ Mr. Norris
In accordance with normal practice in circumstances such as this, the report will not be published but a copy of the summary report will be provided to anyone who can show a legitimate interest.
