§ Mr. ColvinTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to lay before Parliament regulations to abolish the client contribution payable towards the cost of work which is grant aided under the home energy efficiency scheme.
§ Mr. YeoRegulations to abolish the client contribution payable by those receiving grant under the home energy efficiency scheme were laid before the House of Commons on 18 November. Subject to parliamentary approval, they are expected to come into force on 9 December.
