To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if she will list the British Food Organisations that exhibited at the recent food trade fair held in Cologne.

The bodies principally concerned with organising the substantial British presence at Anuga 1993 were:

  • Food From Britain
  • Meat and Livestock Commission
  • Milk Marketing Board
  • Potato Marketing Board
  • Rural Development Commission
  • Trade Promotions Scotland
  • Seafood from Shetland
  • Welsh Food Promotions
  • Welsh Lamb Enterprise
  • Industrial Development Board for Northern Ireland.
