To ask the President of the Board of Trade what change has been made to British Coal's external financing limit for 1993–94.

British Coal's external financing limit for 1993–94 has been changed from £1,880 million to £1,750 million. The revised financing requirement reflects reduced estimates of expenditure by the corporation.
