(2) if he will permit a public inquiry into the proposed Plough lane link road, Deeside.
§ Sir Wyn RobertsMy right hon. Friend has no plans to do so. This is a Clwyd county council scheme and the line of the route has already been determined by it. The county has submitted a compulsory purchase order and a side roads order for my right hon. Friend's consideration. The objection period for the orders expires on 17 December after which time a decision will be taken as to whether or not a public inquiry will be held.
