MartinThe Administration Committee has agreed for an experimental period of six months that the taking of informal notes of the proceedings of the House for personal purposes should be allowed in the Strangers' Gallery. These arrangements will not extend to any kind of formal reporting from that Gallery, for which the current prohibition will remain.
